Stinging Nettle is somewhat of an enigma as it can cause pain (hence its name) but at the same time it has so many potential benefits we can’t even begin to list them all! Make sure you only handle dried or cooked forms without gloves as the tiny hairs on the leaves and stem can break off and inject different chemicals into the skin on contact that can cause discomfort to varying degrees (drying or cooking nullifies this). At this time Medieval Manor Gardens only offers the dried form of this plant, both for safety and due to its plentiful occurence here in the Rosenthal Woods where we wildcraft it.
