A beautiful shrub for all seasons! From its bright green leaves, white flowers and berries to its trademark deep red bark, this plant will be a show stopper in any planting. It does especially well in wetter locations and is good for erosion control. Depending on the mordant and part of the plant used, a number of different natural dyes can be created including black, red and ecru. A great food and habitat shrub for birds and members of the deer family. A highly underrated but most useful plant!
