On March 21st, Medieval Manor Gardens opens its gates for a spring gathering shaped by history, hearth, and the turning of the year.

Here is your journey:

🕯️ A Welcome at 1:00 pm (roughly Solar Noon)
Land acknowledgement. Hear the story of the land and share a bit of your own story, as the greenhouse becomes a warm hall against the early-spring winds.

🌿 The Triskele Herb Ritual 1:30 pm
Three steps, drawn from old herbal traditions:
• cleansing – saining (smoke cleansing) with potent herbs and bitter herb tea.
• renewing – revitalize with energizing essential oils.
• grounding – positive calming and reset with herbal steaming.
2:30ish – Craft your own intention sachet to carry home and peruse the locally crafted goods from Hiraeth.

🌀 The Willow Wand Walk 3:30 pm
Make a handcrafted willow wand under the guidance of our weaving wisdom keeper, Kelesy Shapka. Take this symbol of growth and flexibility — and take a gentle guided walk toward the fire.

🔥 New Beginnings Fire 4:00 pm
Cast your willow piece into the flames and welcome the turning of the season.

🍫 Cacao Tea, Sensory Snacks, & A Tale from the Mabinogion
End the afternoon as medieval folk often did — gathered around warmth, drink in hand, sharing stories. Hiraeth closes after tea and tales.
