Description

Bunchberries are high in pectin so are good to add to other lower pectin fruit jellies to set them and as bunchberries own flavour is bland to apple flavoured it does not take away from other flavours. The berries can also be used for tea. Eating them raw, the more apple flavoured ones are better and one can crunch up the seeds as well if they like.  Too much can cause cramps and a laxative effect so use in moderation.
