Although the flesh can be used in any savoury zucchini or pumpkin recipe (it is not suitable for sweet pumpkin recipes like pies), it is the hulless seeds that this pumpkin is known for. We have also found it to be fast maturing and more cold hardy than many other pumpkin varieties, still maturing in cooler, wetter summers. It also happens to be a looker with it’s mottled green and orange striping. About 90 days to maturity and around the 10 lb mark for a mature pumpkin.
