Description

A bushy compact shrub with bright yellow flowers in profusion that can handle medium to drier conditions. A great prairie shrub as it deals with fluctuations in temperature and wind like a trooper! It loves full sun but will also thrive in part shade. As long as the soil is well draining this potentilla handles a variety of different soils and in fact poorer soils are better and will produce more flowers than rich ones. Great for wildlife, protection to establish smaller plants and aesthetic enough for landscape projects.
