We offer a variety of slightly different Puddle Garden workshops to allow for family scheduling and needs. Whether it’s a timing thing, you wish to do something with your child or the entire family, or maybe you just want some down time to spoil yourself, consider attending one of these workshops. One can explore nature and art by learning to create their very own miniature wetland container to admire or replant into a rain garden or pond at home. Participants will learn about the importance of wetlands, some wetland plant species and the animal species they support at an applicable level to the group. Bring your own water proof planter (approximately 20″ diameter) or choose one of ours. All other supplies including an array of native wetland plants will be included. Please make sure to bring sunblock, insect repellent, water, and not your best clothes as they will most likely get dirty! Maximum 20 people including other family members sharing/participating.
